The Ironside CDR
Standard Features
- Exterior dimensions are 34” wide, 28” deep, 48” tall (not including the height of the castors or the smoke stack)
- Fully welded with 1/8" steel on the inside and outside
- Powder Coat finish with black as standard but several available color options as upgrade
- Stainless steel cooking grates - 4 slide out racks measuring 27.5” x 22”. Each grate holds 5-6 pork shoulders, for a total of 20 - 24 per cooker
- Four (4) 10" Pneumatic tires and (2) steel swivel casters with brake.
- 1” heat shield plate packed with high heat insulation
- 2 stainless steel side handles for easy maneuvering
- One 2” Stainless Steel ball valve for air intake
- Mild steel water pan (without piping)
- Two cool touch compression latches
- 3” Tel-Tru temp gauge installed on all units
- Four welded on D rings, for easy transport
- Slide out fire grate with Charcoal basket and ash pan
- Stainless steel drip guard above the firebox
